• Growth — 3 locations (most common for Paychex multi-unit operators)
• Scale — 5 locations
• Enterprise — unlimited locations, SSO, audit logs, white-glove onboarding
Recommended rollout: start with 1–2 pilot stores on Growth for 2–3 weeks, then expand to remaining locations. Each location's manager gets their own login and only sees candidates routed to their store. The owner stays admin.
