👤 Talent (Workers — Trades + White-Collar)

Name + tagline
Example: “Jaz | Licensed Barber | Specializing in fades + beard care”
or “Sam | Graphic Designer | Brand + Web Design”
Intro Video (recommended 30–60 seconds)
Your first impression. Keep it simple:
Who you are + what role you want
1–2 highlights (experience/specialties)
Strengths (reliability, teamwork, quality)
Availability + where you can work
Optional: show 10–15 seconds of proof (before/after, quick demo, screenshare, portfolio, pitch)
Skill Showcase (up to 9 media slots)
Use these slots to prove skill and quality.
Examples by role:
Trades/service: before/after, process clips, finished results
Designers: portfolio walkthroughs, before/after redesigns
Developers: project demos, screenshares, system walkthroughs
Sales: sample pitch, discovery role-play, product demo
Bio (up to 1,000 characters)
What you do, what you’re looking for, and what makes you different.
Location / service area
Where you can work (or whether you’re open to remote/hybrid).

Privacy: attachments and personal contact info are only visible if you allow a Connection and it’s accepted.
Ancillary skills (your “extra edge”)
Add other talents/hobbies that make you memorable: music, art, content creation, photography, public speaking, languages, etc. Employers often hire the full person, not just the job title.

Company bio (what you do + who you hire)
Job and/or gig posts (to start getting applicants)

Requested Proof Videos (add this to every job post)
Tell candidates exactly what you want to see (example template is in the Employer Job Post guide).
Company media
Photos, logo, short intro video, team/workplace visuals.
Multiple team members
Employer plans support multiple members (varies by plan).

Complete your profile first
Complete ID verification
Tap the QR code button (top-right) to create your handle and copy your share link
Profiles are public by default, but you can change visibility in Settings.

These account types will be introduced later as Vetano expands. Requirements will be published when those roles go live.
