Applying to jobs is free for talent.

A Connection is how private messaging opens between two ID-verified people on Vetano.

Connections are used when someone wants to start a private conversation, share private contact details, or access attachments like resumes, certifications, licenses, or awards.

A Connection is permission-based messaging.

Vetano does not have open DMs where anyone can message anyone. Instead, one person sends a Connection request, and the other person chooses whether to accept.

When a Connection is accepted:

Connections are designed for communication between real, verified people. This helps reduce spam, fake accounts, and unwanted messages.

A Connection request includes a short message explaining why the person wants to connect.

If they accept, private messaging opens.

If they decline or do not respond, private messaging does not open.
