Step 1: Create Your Employer Account

Verify with the code sent by text
Select Employer as your role
Step 2: Build Your Company Profile
Your company profile is your storefront to talent.
Recommended fields to add:
Company name + tagline (clear + memorable)
Examples: “Fresh Fades Studio | Bronx, NY” / “Frogs | NYC”Company bio (what you do + who you hire + what you value)
Location(s) (important for local hiring)
Company media (highly recommended): photos, logo, short intro video, team/workplace visuals
Step 3: Post a Job or a Gig (Know the difference)
Jobs (ongoing roles)
Use a Job post for ongoing hiring (full-time/part-time, W2/1099).
Include:
Role title + location
Pay range
Schedule
Requirements (experience/tools/certifications if needed)
What “good” looks like in this role
Gigs (short-term tasks)
Use a Gig post for short-term or task-based work (one-off help, urgent tasks, event staffing, small projects).
Include:
Task + deadline
Pay
Location
Expectations + what the worker should bring
Step 4: Add “Requested Proof Videos” to Your Job Post (HIGHLY recommended)
This is one of the biggest advantages of Vetano: you can ask applicants to show exactly what you need.

Step 5: Share Your Link (Company / Job / Gig)
After your profile is complete, tap the QR code button (top-right) to create your company handle and copy your share link.
You can share:
Your company profile link
A specific job link
A specific gig link
Pro tip (especially while Vetano is new):
Post your Vetano job/gig link on Craigslist, Indeed, social media, and your website so applicants apply through Vetano.
Copy/paste line:
“Apply here (ID-verified only): [PASTE YOUR VETANO LINK]”
Step 6: Review Applicants & Explore Talent
Use Explore to browse talent, or review applicants to your posts.
Profiles may include:
Intro video
Skill Showcase media
Experience + skills
Attachments (resume/certifications) only if shared through an accepted Connection
Step 7: Chat with Applicants (Connections)
Vetano doesn’t use open DMs. You send a Connection request to open private chat.
Chat (and private details like contact info/attachments) unlocks only after the Connection is accepted.
Connections are included in plans (not pay-per-connection packages).
Step 8: Employer Plans & Free Promo (Current)
